- Table top Green metal Massey Harrison cream separator. This machine that was hand cranked and came into use after being patented in 1900.
- Notes
- This type of cream separator used centrifugal force to separate the lighter cream from the skim milk. This allowed the process to be completed quicker and with less cream left behind in the milk.
