- Description
- This white plate has small cut out handles on each side and is decorated with red and pink roses. There is a small embossed pattern around the edge of the plate in white.
- Notes
- There is a small 'b' and an 'x' on the back of the plate in what appears to be gold paint, perhaps the mark of the artist. In addition there is a stamp saying "Pareek Johson Bros England" below is "Abanthus" suggesting this is the name of the pattern.
This plate was a wedding gift to Henry Eaket and Annie Beharriell on the occasion of their wedding May 18, 1896
