Description
This is a formal style portrait of Elizabeth Rowan. She wears a very elaborate dress with sheer organza sleeves trimmed in wide satin or taffeta cuffs. There appears to be an overskirt of organza over a longer taffeta skirt that is almost ankle length. She wears lace up boots and holds a fabric rose in her hands.
