- This is a black and white photo of Mrs. Rose Maitland. sitting outside in a garden. An unidentified home can be seen to her right.
Rose came to Canada in 1919 with her husband. She was a Women's Institute member and went to reside in the Thessalon Home for the Aged in 1974.

- Mrs. Maitland was previously Rose Hails born in London, England in 1880. She had 18 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
