Johnston to Survey the Township of Hugel in the District of Nipissing into lots of three hundred and twenty acres each. I have to instruct you to proceed to the Township of Hugel and to Survey the same into lots of three hundred and twenty acres each in accordance with the projected plan herewith transmitted for your guidance, the lines to be, now being shown in red ink. This Township is bounded as follows, on the East by the Township of Badgerow, surveyed last year by P.L.S. Butler, on the North by unsurveyed land of the Crown, on the West by the township of Ratter go out to be surveyed by P.L.S. Bolger, on the South by the Township of Kirkpatrick, about to be surveyed by P.L.S.D. Bannan. You are herewith furnished with tracing of part of Badgerow and a copy of the Plan of Caldwell. If any portion of the Canadian Pacific Railway passes through the Township, show it on your Plan. The regular lots are to have a depth of Eighty chains, and a width of Forty chains and are to contain an area of three hundred and twenty acres each. The lots are
