MARTIN, Lena (nee Aubut) (1913 - 2005)
—Passed away peacefully at LeisureWorld Caregiving Centre on Wednesday, December 28, 2005 at the age of 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Aime Martin. Loving mother of Anita Gravelle (Rheal) of North Bay. Beloved grandmother of Suzanne Couroux (Robert), Donald Gravelle,
Claudette Morton (Todd), Daniel Gravelle (Louise), Carole Gravelle (Dennis), Richard Gravelle (Bea). She will be sadly missed by her greatgrandchildren Kathleen, Christopher, Ashley, Celeste, Tanya, Kennedy, Gabrielle, Jeannie and Adam and great-great-grandchildren Brianne and Trevor. Also survived by her step-grandchildren Stephane and Michelle and two sisters Germaine Masson and Lucille Martin. Predeceased by her parents James and Delima Aubut as well as five brothers and three sisters and great-granddaughter Chelsea. Lena was always beautifully dressed and neatly groomed. She was a very proud person, she loved laughter and music and most of all dancing. She worked at Marilee Shop and Himmels Ladies Wear on Main Street. Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, on Friday, December 30th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Donations in memory of Lena to the Alzheimer Society will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
