ROY, Robert — Passed away at North Bay, General Hospital, Scollard Site, Sunday October 30, 2005 at the age of 72. Robert Roy was the beloved husband of Vivianne (née Chayer) and loved father of Evelyn Gardiner (Bill), Reynald Roy and Claude Roy (Lise). He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Michael and Randy Gardiner, Jesse and Rémi Roy and daughter-in-law Guylaine Roy. Dear brother of Maurice (Louise deceased). Predeceased by his parents Hermeline and Ephrem Roy, and a brother Gérald (Nora, surviving). Robert retired as supervisor from Columbia Forest Products. Family and friends may pay their respects at McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted at McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel, Thursday at 11 a.m. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Red Cross Society or Victorian Order of Nurses North Bay would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
