- Description
- Agnes Macphail posing with her mother, Henrietta McPhail, and political supporters Mrs. E.C. Murray [Edna Lounds], Mrs. Fred McTavish [Lottie Bennett] and an unknown woman, possibly a housekeeper.
- Notes
- This image can be found in the biography, "Agnes Macphail and the Politics of Equality" by T. A. Crowley. Crowley's book identifies the woman on the left as Mrs. E.C. Murray [Edna Lounds], and the woman on the right as Mrs. Fred McTavish [Lottie Bennett], both political supporters of Agnes Macphail. The unidentified woman has been cropped from this version of the photograph. Crowley notes that this picture was taken following Macphail's 5th election in 1935.
