I am the 'bad guy' (all in black). Yes, the "copyright" is "unknown". The Players Guild was famous for improvised drama (& comedy) and we would do a session of improv and then write down the best of what we could remember.
That's how "New Heaven, New Earth" was done with Jonathan Kramer and George Thompson. I was often the 'scribe' and ended up as the Stage Manager for "NH,NE". What a learning experience!
