Right Honourable W.L.Mackenzie King
Laurier House,
Ottawa, Canada.
Dear Mr. King:-
When you read this you will have reached another milestone in your busy ands useful life. I congratulate you,
It is regretable that the occasion should be marred by the actions of one who, brooding over imaginary wrongs has seen fit to constitute himself your enemy when he should publicly proclaim himself your friend.
A minor position which I hold under the Provincial Government renders inadvisable a public pronouncement of my views on the matter at this time. Perhaps it is just as well that it is so.
Mrs. Bezeau, though still confined to her bed, watches with keen interest your efforts to promote the best interests of the people of Canada; and she joins me in this message.
Your sincere friend,
C.MORTIMER BEZEAU
