CARRIED PROMOTION REPORT - was presented by Mrs. Rose Moore reminded the ladies of the Contact Women's meeting in Room 10, after lunch. Our slide presentation is being up-dated to include some of this year's meeting pictures. During the year mailings have gone out to the contact women in October, December, May and August. These letters keep the members informed as to our proposed projects and our annual meeting program announcements. PROJECT COMMITTEE REPORT - in the absence of Mrs. Corean Pleon, Mrs. Rose Moore read the proposed projects for the year 1982: Auxiliary $100.00 Gift Certificates for Graduates 500.00 Clinical Training 4,000.00 Cordless Microphone 700.00 Candle Lighter 30.00 Glass Burner Tops for Candles 100.00 Bursary for a W.L.U. Student 200.00 Working Fund 200.00 $5830.00 It was moved and seconded that these projects be adopted. CARRIED REPORT OF LIFE MEMBERSHIP BOOK GOLDEN BOOK FOR HONOUR MEMORIAL BOOK was read by Mrs. Mary Heer, in the absence of Mrs. Evelyn Vogt.
