Kitchener, Sept. 18th 1941
A meeting of the Executive Committee was held at the home of the President, Mrs Gillespie on the evening of the above date. Plans were made for Visiting Day to be held at Waterloo College on Saturday Oct 18th with the following churches as hostesses. – Elmira, St Jacobs, Conestoga Bridgeport, Milverton, Linwood, Heidelberg, Erbsville New Dundee, Baden, Philipsburg St Agatha.
Plans were also discussed for the raising of additional funds for the Auxiliary

Visiting Day at Waterloo College was held on the above date at which time a very fair number of ladies were present. Also on

this day the second memorial window to be placed in the College Chapel was very fittingly dedicated by Dr Clausen. The subject of the window is “The Light of the World and Dr Clausen chose as his text John 8.12-” I am the light of the World.
After the service the visitors inspected the building and then partook of the delightful refreshments served by the ladies in charge.
