The Treasurer reported a balance in the bank of $1660.47 A letter of thanks was read feom Miss Florence Little who won the Auxiliary Scholarship. The Executive was given the authority to purchase woollen blankets with which to furnish all the dormitory rooms and also supply each room with a pillow. A rug for the Men's Faculty Room, a ventilator for the Kitchen and mats for Dr. Lehmann and Dr. Klinck's rooms. To purchase furnishings for a girls dormitory if such an occassion arose before our next annual meeting. Woollen blankets received during the year from Hanover, Riverside, Tavistock and Waterloo were greatly appreciated. It was decided that a new constitution be drawn up by the Executive to be presented at our next annual meeting. The nominating committee for 1945 -46 : Mrs. Herbert Cater, Mrs. Spiegelberg, Mrs. E. Mahm, Mrs. H. Huether. Auditors were Miss E. Schorten, and Mrs. Karl Klinck. Mrs. H. Creagor, chairman of the nominating committee presented the Slate of Officers for 1945-46- Honorary President ....
