Tayler, will present to the Chancellor candidates for degrees. The Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Frank C. Peters, the Vice-President: Academic, Dr. P. Basil Healey and Dr. Flora Roy, Professor of English will assist the Chancellor in admitting undergraduates to degrees in course. Public Orators: Announcing candidates for postgraduate degrees will be Dr. Delton J. Glebe, Waterloo Lutheran Seminary; Dr. Francis J. Turner, Dean of the Graduate School of Social Work, and Dr. Neale H. Tayler, Dean of Arts and Science. Announcing candidates for undergraduate degrees will be Dr. John R. G. Jenkins, Dean, School of Business and Economics and Dr. Neale H. Tayler, Dean of Arts and Science. Professors Maximilian Rodriguez Alvarez, Ralph Blackmore, Margaret Fulton, David Granskau, Paul Icke, John Kominar, Mary Kay Lane and Shanker Yelaja will invest the candidates with academic hoods. AWARDING OF DIPLOMAS Announcing candidates for diplomas in Business Administration for International Students will be Dr. Brant Bonner. Dr. John R. G. Jenkins will announce candidates for the Diploma in Business Administration.
