Chris Labbe was found guilty of a Schreiber OPP charge of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent. He was given 12 months pro- bation, 60 hours community service work, and must pay restitution of $12,952. Gregory Rule was found guilty of a Terrace Bay Police Services charge of consuming liquor in a place other than a residence, licensed place or private place. He was fined $103.75. Gaetan St. Martin was found guilty of a Schreiber OPP charge of driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in the bloodstream. He was fined $600 and given one year driv- ing prohibition. Jody Waldenberger was found guilty of a Terrace Bay Police Services charge of driv- ing with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in the bloodstream. Waldenberger was given 14 days in jail and received a two year driving prohibition. Carbon Monoxide killed couple A husband and wife found dead in their trailer at the Ross- port Campgrounds were asphixiated by carbon monox- ide, police say. "It appears as though one of their appliances were faulty," says Schreiber OPP Sgt. Andy Templar. Dead are Walter Raymond, 76, and his wife Marjorie Ray- mond, 68.
