These Environmental Youth Corps projects, a program of the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, vary from trail brushing to assisting in the operation of local parks and employ 39 youths. The projects will be completed by October 31, 1991. The following organizations have received this funding for their projects; Rossport Islands Management Board, Neys Provincial Park, Marathon Cross Country Ski Club, Marathon Lion's' Club, Marathon Sno-Kickers Club, Pic 50 Heron Bay Band, Manitouwadge Cross Country Ski Club.
