Beginner Sewing- October 10- November 22 on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Deadline is Friday, September 28. Knitting Beginner and Advanced- October 17 to December 19 on Wednesdays from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Deadline is Friday, October 5. Kids' Krafts- October 4 to Ballroom Dance- We have not received enough interest to allow us to proceed with the Ballroom Dance class. We will, however, continue to accept names of interested couples. When enough interest has been shown, we will contact everyone and step up another date for the course. Aerobics- has just commenced. If you have not registered as of yet, contact the Rec. Office ASAP. Classes are held Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 1:30 to 2:30 and Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. 1990-91 Regular Ice Time- A reminder to all groups requiring ice-time on a regular basis that all requests must be in to the Rec ' Office by Friday, September 21st at 4:00 p.m. The ice-time meeting has. been scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 26th at 7:00 p.m. in Meeting Room #1. Registrations Minor Hockey- Schreiber Minor Hockey will be holding registrations for the upcoming season on Friday, September 21st and 28th from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Rec Centre. The Fall session. Figure Skating- Registration night will be held Thursday, Sept. 20th and 27th from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Rec Centre. Equipment Exchange- Anyone wishing to sell or give away used hockey, ringette, or figure skating equipment or skates, can bring them into the Rec Office. A used Equipment exchange will be held in October during the first week of public skating. Crafts n' Stuff- The annual Crafts n' Stuff sale has been scheduled for sometime in November. Hockey School Registrations- Registrations are still being accepted at the Rec Office for the Hockey Development camp to be held in Terrace Bay from October 9 to the 13. Some of the topics that will be covered include: power skating, puck control, individual offensive tactics, shooting, check- ing, reading and reacting' skills, . and team play. This is an excel- lent opportunity to get a jump on the season. Deadline for registra- tion is 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 30th. October 29 on Thursdays from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Deadline is Friday, November 2.
