If you ~are interested in registering your child for one of these classes please contact the recreation office at 824-2317. FIRST AID AND CPR COURSES We will be offering an Emergency (16 hr) First Aid Course and a CPR Course in the near future. To register contact the recreation office as soon as possible as there are only a few openings left for these courses. BADMINTON AND VOL- LEYBALL A reminder to the Badminton and Volleyball players that the gymnasium at the high school is unavailable on Monday, January 29th and Tuesday, January 30th due to exams. Both of these pro- grams will resume on Monday, February 5th. BABYSITTING COURSE We are now accepting registra- tions for the Babysitting Course scheduled to be held in April. This course is sponsored by the Canada Safety Council and is open to persons in Grade 6 and over. Please note that a maximum number of participants is allowed so register early. For more infor- mation or to register please con- tact the recreation office at 824- 2311; BALLROOM DANCING Due to insufficient registra- tions the Ballroom Dancing Course had to be cancelled. The course has been rescheduled for April 7th and 8th at which time hopefully the class will be full. WINTER CARNIVAL Don't forget to start planning your skits for the Talent Show and also planning what you will be doing for the Ice Sculptures. We are now accepting names for the Downshill Ski Trip to Thunder Bay. This is scheduled for Sunday, March 4th. A bus will leave Schreiber at approximately 8:00 am and returning al approxi- mately 7:00 pm. There is a limit of 8 teams. Watch for a complete listing of the carnival activities in the mail at the end of January and a full two page advertisement in the Newspaper on Wednesday; February 14th. Don't forget to mark down the dates - February 23rd to March 4th.
