Often living in a small northern community, our medical services are limited. This makes us more conscious about keeping ourselves and family healthy and happy. We want to prevent travelling great dis- tances for specialized services. There are many ways to keep healthy, such as exercise, diet plus recreational activities. It's a good idea to invest in ways to reduce our stress levels, especially with our cabin fever winters. "Healing Ourselves and Oriental Medicine" is an introduction to fin- ger acupressure plus ways to - improve our well being through stress reduction techniques. Happy Valentine's Day TONY L.
