With about 75 members atten- ding and enjoyed a full course meal of turkey and all the trimmings. Prepared by the "Chimo Members"' and served by the 'Kinsmen and Kinettes"' who also washed the dishes. We are most grateful to them. Mr. Fred Harness President welcom- ed the guests and introduc- ed the head table. Mr. Pat Guina treasurer, Beth McAdam secretary and her husband Russell McAdam, Gino Caccamo President and his wife Frankie, Mr. Borutski representing the town council and his wife Irene, and Santa Claus from Terrace Bay (played by Mr. Monks). who distributed the gifts. Happy Birthdays were sung to Winnie Campbell, Vienna McLellan, Saimi Willoby, Alma Haapa, Pat Guina, Red Murphy. The winners of the food vouchers were Mrs. Cataford, P. Guina, W. Campbell, D. Weaver, D. Moore, -A. Furyk. Lucky door prizes went to Queenie Spicer and Milton Winters. Donated by the Schreiber Food Market and Costas. President Fred Harness then named the new officers for 1985. Receiving with Michelle was Mom, also the groom's Mom and grandma, Marg Tibon and the maid of honor Debbie Birch. In the kitchen was Brenda Campbell and Inga Ray, Ruthann Birch, L. Regis. Attending the guest book .was the groom's niece Andres McLeod. Servers were Joan Poulin, Carrie Campbell, Judy McBride, Paulette Garneau, Lisa Ray, Julie Welbourne and Wendy Pluta. Opening the gifts were Susan Smith and Cathy Campbell. Thanks to all who helped. Many gifts were received. The wed- ding took place on December the 22nd. The figure skating 'Christmas Tree Skirt" was won by Lynette Gauthier. There will not be any bingos until January the 8th. The Anglican Girls Aux- iliary held their Pancake Breakfast-in the Town Hall basement. Thanks to all who helped. Also Santa Claus was on hand. Mrs. McMillan is here visiting the Cosgroves. Mr. Vincent Cosgrove from moved to Bangladest. Mrs. Grover is here visiting relatives, she comes from Prince Rupert. Our sympathy to Mrs. Nena McKenna on_ the passing of her Mom Mrs. Moore in Winnipeg, funeral was held in Schreiber. Mr. and Mrs. Thibeault have returned from their vacation in Florida. Mary and Mark Liv- ingstone (nee Bourke) from Calgary and Erin Bourke from Guelph are visiting Lorne and Larry Bourke for Christmas. Thanks to all the Kins. for the chocolates to the senior citizens.
