Terrace Bay Open Bowling We are pleased to an- nounce that Open Bowl- ing will now be held on Sundays from 2:00 - 5:00 p-m., as well as on Wednesdays from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. Bowling is open to both members and non-members. Bowling Tournament There will be an Open Bowling Tournament on March 19, beginning at 10:00 a.m. (no handi- cap). A supper was held in the hall with families and relations attending. The Chimo Home Bingo was won and the lucky winner was Mrs. Helen LeBlanc. The winners of the Kinsmen Home Bingo were Mrs. Lois Gilmore and Sonny Helmink. The Chimo Meeting was held with 26 mem- bers present. Mr. Bill D'Arcy presided in the absence of Fred Har- ness. Mrs. Beth Mc- Adam read the Secre- tary's Report. A new rug has been laid at the Club and the basement' has been painted. Mrs. Bern Jacomb read her report. Pat Guina read the Trea- guaranteed 2 matches, or 4 games. There will be prizes for "A'"' Champ and Runner Up, ""B" Champ and Run- ner-Up, High Score and Low Score. The deadline to register is Friday, March 11 at 5:00 p.m. Register at the Recrea- tion Office in Terrace Bay. The entry fee is $5.00. Included are demonstrations, two training periods with participant's dogs, and information handouts. 'Step-by-step proces- ses will be covered on training your dog to heel, sit, come when called, etc. Dogs should be at least 6 months old, and need not register. Equipment requires is a choke chain with 2' slack when pulled snug against your dog's neck, and a 6' leash.
