COMMUNITY CHURCH NEWS The regular meeting of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Community €hurch, evening group, was held on Monday, October 4, 1976 following a' delicious pot-luck supper enjoyed by all pre- sent. : : A motion was made and passed to donate funds for the purchase of a bedside table in + support of the McCausland Hospital Building Fund. With that season fast approaching, the an- nual Christmas bazaar was the main topic of discussion. The final date was set for Satur- day, November 23, and tickets will be sold at the door for 75¢ per adult, and '25¢ for child- ren under 10 years. Persons wishing to return their bazaar bags, may do so to Stella Brown, 9 Pine Crescent, or Margaret Ann Claugh, 240 McDonald, evenings only. Help is still required in the following areas: tea table, cookie tree, fish pond, bake table, and surprise package table. Anyone in- terested in lending assistance may contact - Joanne Moore at 825-3774. 3 Next meeting is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 8, and all ladies are cor- dially invited to attend. °// RECREATION DEPT. 'WEEKLY REPORT REGULAR ARENA ACTIVITIES BEGIN: i Regular arena activities together with pro- per times will begin this week at the Terrace Bay Arena. 3 User groups are reminded that they must fin- ish their activities by the time specified in the arena schedule. Groups who fail to get off at their ,specified time simply cause pro- blems for the next group scheduled to be on.
