RAG Lurleen Blais represented the group as the Chapter's Current Best Loser, and Mary Winters graduated as a KOPS (a TOPS member who has reached their ideal weight goal and has maintained it for three months). Helen LeBlanc, Chapter Leader, accepted the award for "Best Costumes" on behalf of the Schreiber/Terrace Bay group. The Chapter dressed in old fashioned gowns, bonnets and parasols to suit the theme of the Rally, "Belles" are Ringing in the TOPS and KOPS. June Corcoran, Area Supervisor and special guest Rae Getter, Regional Director from the United States both addressed the Rally in the evening. The evening came to a climax with the presentation of the Area Queen. To win the honour Mrs. Cosgrove lost the most weight of all the Chapter Queens. in the Northwestern Area for the year 1975.
