The minutes of Meetings No. 10/75, 11/75 and 12/75 were all declared adopted. The min- utes of the Trainable Retarded Children's Ad- visory Committee No. 42 were acknowledged as received. The Marathon Association for the Mentally Retarded will continue to cater for Board Me- eting luncheons in 1975-76. The Disbursements for the month of August 1975 in the amount of $1,539, $33, 99 were ap- proved for payment. - It was resolved that the balance of $27,000. owing to the Canadian Imperial Bank of Com- merce, Manitouwadge, Ontario, and covered by By-Law No 17., be paid off when the Temporary Deposit Receipts mature on November 21, 1975.
