The Architects submitted two proposals for suitable signs for Birchwood Terrace. The Board agreed on the design with the rustic lettering. A letter was read from the Minis- try of Transportation and Communications ack- nowledging the Board's request for road sign- ing for the crossing at Birchwood Terrace. The request has been sent to the regional en- 'gineer for consideration. Two tenders were received for aluminum storm windows at Birchwood Terrace. Both will be requested to submit samples of the window they intend to install. The meeting ended at 9:20 p.m. and the next meeting will be held at Birchwood Terrace on August 29, I975 at I2:00 noon.
