Steen reported that of four tons of fertilizer purchased this year only five bags of garden fertilizer are left. Of special note are the plans for the Spring General Meeting to be held on April I8th at 7:30 p.m. in the large meeting room of the Recreation Centre. As entertainment we are planning to show two films, "North of Superior" and "Insects". Everyone welcome. Plans were made for a Plant Rummage Sale to be held in early June. We would be grate- ful for any extra plants or supplies you may wish to donate to this project. Following adjournment a delicious lunch was served by our hostess. Linda Wills held a Surprise Baby Shower for Maureen Dickson in her home last week. When Maureen arrived she received a big surprise, for piles of lovely gifts were laid out in a beautifully decorated Baby Bassinet, and mobiles and stork decorations were hung around the room.
