Twenty members were present. The treasurer reported that as of December 3I, I973 the bank balance stood at $I,533.76. The Tuck Shop reported that its balance was $947.63. Purchases to date made by the auxil- iary are a humidifier for $73.97, a minor sur- gery and examination lamp for $350.00, a stain -less steel crib for $405.00, a double bowl stand for $91.60, two drug cabinets for the out-patient department for $239.00. We have a commode for $II4.00 and a wheel chair for $148.00 on order. The Tuck Shop plan on using | the majority of their present bank account to furnish the hospital lobby. Judy Rogers reported that the co-operation of the ladies of Terrace Bay, Schreiber and Rossport, has been very good during the first year and felt it had been a most successful year. Thanks were extended to all who helped with a very special thanks to Marg Gander who kept the inventory and finances. Volunteer Services, convened by Donna Gorham reported that during the past year ton- sil plugs were made, library services were carried out, mending, hairdressing, tray favors continued page I3 .......
