TERRACE BAY NEWS JANUARY 30, I974 PAGE 18 DANYLEVICH FUNERAL The funeral of the late Mrs. Annie Dayle- vich, whose death occurred at age 72, on January 21st, was conducted in St. John's Anglican Church on January 23rd by Canon Arthur Chabot of Marathon. Mrs. Lester McCuaig was the organist and the hymns chosen were "Unto the Hills" and "The 01d Rugged Cross." Pall bearers were Fred Harness, Cyril . Sparkes, Russell Macadam, Harry Shack, Denny Neylon and Gino Caccamo. Interment was in Schreiber cemetery. Mrs. Danylevich' immediate survivors are her daughter, Mary, (Mrs. Michael Zombori) of Schreiber; two granddaughters - Marlene (Mrs. Barry Taub) of Windsor; Sharon (Mrs. Robert McParland) of Schreiber; and two great grand- children - Tammy McParland and Tanya Taub. Mrs. Danylevich came in I922 to Schreiber where she and John Danylevich were married in St. John's Anglican Church. She was predeceasH ed by her husband in I968. Mrs. Danylevich, a proud and loving mother, good neighbour and good friend, was missed when she went to reside in Pinewood Court in July I973. Mrs. Sophis Shevchuk of Nipigon attended the funeral. RUBY REBEKAH LODGE MEETING Ruby Rebekah Lodge, at their January 23rd meeting marked the anniversary of the birth- day of Thomas Wildey, founder of the Rebekah Degree, by initiating two new members. Mrs. Eileen Grover, of Centennial Lodge, Prince Rupert, B.C. and former local member, ° was welcomed as a guest. Mrs. Florence Fischer agreed to convene a Valentine penny auction following the next meeting on February I3th, asking members to donate prizes. The degree team were reminded that degree practice will be held on Sunday, February 24, to prepare for initiation ceremonies on Febru- ary 27th. : Mrs. Elizabeth Harris, N.G. and Mrs. Gladys Hamilton, V.G. presided for the meeting.
