AUGUST 30, 1972 TERRACE BAY NEWS PAGE 11 NOTICE RE: BY-LAW NO, 39 TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUING OF BUILDING PERMITS IN THE TOWNSHIP OF TERRACE BAY Section 3, 4 & 5 of By-Law No. 39 of The Corpor- ation of The Township of Terrace Bay, reads as follows: Permits: "(3) No person, firm or corporation shall commence or proceed with any excavation for or erec- tion, alteration, addition to, reconstruction, removal or wrecking of any building or structure or any part thereof, or to provide for a change of occupancy of any building or structure or any part thereof where a dif- ferent purpose or use is intended by such change of occupancy without first having obtained a permit from the Corporation of The Township of Terrace Bay or its appointed agent." Issuance of Permits: "(4) Application for a permit shall be made on an official form to be obtained from the Corpor- ation of The Township of Terrace Bay or its appointed agent and such application shall give clearly and fully the information re= quired to complete the said form, including the probable cost of the proposed work for which the permit is applied for." Plans and Specifications: "(5) The applicant shall submit with the applica- tion, drawings and specifications sufficient to enable the Corporation of The Township of Terrace Bay or its appointed agent to ob- tain full and complete information as to the extent and character of the work. The applicant shall also submit a block plan show- ing the location of the proposed building or structure with respect to the street and prop- erty lines and other buildings or structures then located upon the property." By-Law No. 39A, amending By-Law 39 to include Section 10, reads as follows: Penalties: "(10) Every person who contravenes any of the pro- visions of this By-Law shall be liable to a fine of not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) and not more than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) exclusive of costs, for a first offence and to a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) PAVING FOR & ® DRIVEWAYS @ PARKING LOTS @® SERVICE STATIONS @® PLAYGROUNDS CALL 824-2533, Business; 824-2420, Home; 824-2280, Home FIGLIOMENI BROS. No person, firm or corp- oration shall tamper with the curbs without first having obtained written permission from the Township of Terrace Bay. W. I FUNERAL SERVICES FOR LORNE MOLINSKI Funeral services were held in Rossport Wednesday morning at ten o'clock for Lorne Molinski age 36 who passed away Saturday , August 19th in a Thunder Bay hospital after a lengthy illness. He was a resi- dent of Rossport until the last two years when he and his family resided in Thunder Bay. Rev. Father L. Wittig of Thunder Bay officiated at the services in St. Berchman's Roman Catholic Church. Father Wittig was a former parish priest here when Lorne was one of the young altar bays. Surviving are his wife Emma, two sons Lorne and Michael, nother Mrs, Annie Molinski of Beaujour Man. , a brother Robert of Manitouwadge. He was predeceased by his father William and a brother Malcolm. Rosary was recited Tuesday evening in the church by Parish Priest Rev. Father Meyer. Pallbearers were Pat Auger, Ab Rouble, Edgar Ray, Jos. Kenney, Michael Pedweysocki and George Bruley. From out of town attending the services were many friends and relatives among them being - Mr. and Mrs. Bill Kushneryk, Paul Huminicki, Mr. and Mrs. W. Lewicki, Mr. and Mrs. E.
