The Ontario government is operating Art Trek on a larger scall this summer as a result of its unqualified success in 1971. This year Art Trek is made up of six teams of two talented young artists each. They will travel in vans full of art materials to some 60 communities conduct=| | ing casual participating workshops in painting, draw- ing, batik, lino-printing and sculpture. The team will spend up to four or five days in each community. If you are interested in taking part in Art Trek call the Recreation Office at 3542 and leave your name and phone number. All of the Art Trek artists have three things in common ~- artistic ability, the desire to share that ability in a give and take experience with Ontarians plus an enthusiastic attitude about their upcoming Art Trek summer.
