Pupils can not | be admitted to classes in September unless a birth certificate is produced. Application forms are available at either the Municipal Office or the Public School for anyone wishing to obtain one. NOTE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUC TIONS Registration will take place in the hallway of the main school. The child must be five years . old by December 31, 1971. After registering, the parents and child will. have an interview with the school Health Nurse Miss Brown. Please bring any informa- tion you have regarding innoculation or im- munization for your child. Both parent and child will be permitted to visit the Kindergarten room to meet the teacher and to observe the class in session. 1. At the time of registering, you will be given a suitable time for your child to spend one- half day in Kindergarten sometime in the next two weeks following registration. This will assist your child to become more familiar with the school environment. On Thursday, June 3rd, Mrs. M. Averill, Special Education Consultant for The Lake Superior Board of Education, will be testing "all those who have registered. A testing time will be given to you at the time of registration on May 11th. If you know of any possible Kindergarten pupils who may be here in September, (or if parents are out of town, etc.), it would be apprecia~ ted if you would call the school office and give us this information.
