The final score of the game was 57-20 for Terrace Bay. High scorer was Gail Simmer. The winners were presented with both the East-West trophy and the Scheuchenpflug L.S.S.D. trophy. After the game the cheerleaders held their annual competition with entries from Schreiber, Wawa, Terrace Bay, Nip-Rock, Marathon and Manitouwadge The victors for this year were Nip=-Rock. It was keen competition this year, our cheerleaders out = did themselves in their performance. They are to be congratulated on their fine efforts. The senior girls basketball team now heads to Dryden on March the eleventh to compete in the Northwestern Ontario Basketball championships. It is a great honor to be able to partake of these events and our girls are very proud to be able to represent Terrace Bay High School .
