The Club Championship Races were held over this past weekend and featured spirited competition despite a bone chilling wind on Sunday afternoon. Triple wins were posted by Bill Megraw, Jr. in the Junior Boys, Carolyn Yates in the Intermediate Girls and Lyle Nicol in the Senior Mens. Megraw prevailed over Dan Moore, last year's Junior Champ and Nicol drew on his extensive European skiing experience to completely blast the Senior opposition. Yates, 2nd Leigh Ann McBride continued page 12 SEPARATE SCHOOL BOARD MEETING The regular meeting of The Schreiber-Terrace Bay District Roman Catholic Separate School Board was held on Monday, February 15th at Holy Angels School, Schreiber. Present were: J.D. Stephens, Academic Admin- istrator; Principals Sister M. Belfry and Michael Anderson; five board members and secretary-treas- urer. A.Speziale and B. MacDonald were present to give a brief outline re: the proposed amalgamation of the two local high schools under a single administration. Previous minutes were adopted as read. Treasurer, distributed financial report for the year 1970. Several pieces of correspondence were read and dealt with.
