The proposed budget with amendments was accepted for a total of $14,000. It was interesting to read in the envelope seqretary's report that for 1970, six families raised 25% of the total budget with eighteen families raising 5%% of the same budget. It can be concluded that the potential of the congregation is certainly far greater than presently realized. Following the reports, a discussion period was held based on some questions which were found in the report of the minister. Three groups discussed the matter of direction and form of ministry and Christian education. Some interest- ing observations were reported and will be used for further discussion at the Board meetings. ; With the rapidly changing situation in which the siuzeh A finds itself, it will be necessary to determine its future and plan new programmes. The following new slcte was elected at the meeting of the Schreiber Progressive Conservative party on Januery 31st. R.B. Spadoni, president; Cos. Filane, first vice president; F.V. Herness, second vice president; Mrs. Gladys Hamilton, 'secretary-ireasurer, G. Caccamo and J. Commisso, auditors.
