Ihe "Legion Belles", Dorothy Coupal, Dodie Bougie, Ethel Boyd, Dorothy Koski, Pam Jones and Dorothy Ballentine, calling themselves the "3 Dots, a Dash, a Comma and a Question Mark" sang a rousing song . Jim Beddard, who claimed he couldn't sing or dance, offered to tell a Newfie joke. Pam Jones exhibited her talent at the piano, play- ing Love is Blue. Freda Boucher, with her guitar and Howie Cook with his guitar, gave a lovely solo = "Me and Bobby McGee." The Girls - this time dressed as "Klondike Lous" sang a lusty song called "Trips." Howie Cook sang a song next, accompanied by Len Pineault on the violin. Dave Gunter and Len Pineault and Howie Cook perfomed a number on violins and guitars. Freda Boucher and Howie Cook with two guitars combined their voices very well on "Wedding Bells." The Legion Belles, as the last of Red Hot Mamas sang a song - "I'm Walking in My Winter Under- wear ". Showing spectacular talent, David Mercier played two numbers on the Flamenco guitar. To finish the evening talent show, Lou Berthelot of Manitouwadge gave a monologue . Mrs. Gunter thanked all the performers and the audience for their attendance. Dancing followed and lunch was served by the members of the Auxi- liary. TWEENIES ENROLLED The 2nd Terrace Bay Brownie Pack enrolled three Tweenies on January 14th, 1971, in the Dutch motif. Each sixer was required to bring one Tweenie through the arbor, decorated with tulips, to the magic pool and Mrs. Cadieux enrolled them in the usual manner.
