Past History reveals that Terrace Bay has never yet won this North Shore Swim Meet, and while it is not our intention to stress the winning side of these competition, still it would be nice to experience this at least once. FORMER RESIDENT DIES IN EDMONTON HOBSON - On July 9, 1969, Mrs. Dorothy Correen Hobson, beloved wife of Sydney Hobson of 9937 113 Street passed away following a brief illness. She leaves to mourn her loss besides her husband; her mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. R.E. Gray; of Victoria B.C.; two sisters, Mrs. E. Downey (Marjorie) St. Paul, Alberta, Mrs. Dennis Craig (Sherrill) Port Athur, Ontario; two brothers, Gordon Sly of Montreal Quebec, and Reverend Douglas Sly of Nipigon, Ontario. Tributes gratefully declined. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Edmonton Rehabilitation Centre.
