Four charges were laid under provisions of the High way Traffic Act; seventeen motorists were issued warnings for minor infractions and defective equipmen and 48 vehicles were given safety checks. We again commend the motoring public and pedes- trains for having an accident free week. We have no report of an accident since April 3, 1969. During 1968, April 3 to April 26, members of this Detach- ment investigated eight accidents, which resulted in property damage of $4,420.00 SCHREIBER DETACHMENT PRESS RELEASE During the week past, members of the Ontario Provincial Police, Schreiber Detachment, inves- tigated two complaints regarding the liquor control act. Asaresult, three subjects were charged under the provisions of the Act. Members are also inves- tigating a reported stolen chain saw at Pays Plat and theft of spot lights at Schreiber .
