SHREIBER DETAC HMENT PRESS RELEASE During the past week the Schreiber Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police, investigated 5 motor vehicle accidents | which resulted in approx. $1,965 .00rdamage . From January 26, 1969to February 1, 1969, mem- bers of this Detachment patrolled 2,639 miles of highways and logged 280 hours. There were 2 chg. laid under the Highway warned and 16 vehicles were given safety checks. One alleged assault was reported and cleared after investigation. One theft of property was reported and is still under inves- tigation. One Wanted Person and one stolen auto mobile were apprehended for the Sault Ste. Marie O.P.P. Detachment and the City Police Department.
