Following Mr. Gerlach, Mr. W. Rowsome, Principal of Terrace Bay High School spoke' of educational achievement and the intensified training necessary to create a truly educated person. He- spoke of the opportunities for decision making, the new experiences, the new freedoms and with them new responsibilities that would be involved in the programs that would help to make them into mature and responsible people.
