One of the most pleasant things a Kimberly-Clark Mill Manager has to do is to frame a message of Greeting at Christmas time. It is not a difficult task in this community where we all live end work in such close relationship to one another. This year Kimberly-Clark would like to make mention of some of the items of outstanding significance in the year now closing. We would thank the families of those whose routine was interrupted by their fathers and husbands journeying to Shasta, Californiato help in starting up the new mill there. We welcome the families of many new employees. There are indications that these newcomers are fitting very well into the life of the town. We would thank all those who served in community affairs - those elec- ted to new offices and those who offered their services. We extend our deepest sympathy to those spending their first Christmas without their husbands or parents and remind them that we also feel the loss. Our safety performance in 1964 was not as good as in the previous year. We should all remember that working safely for ourselves means that we are wor- king safely for our children. And finally, | hope that my special friends, the children and young people of tne town will have all the things they need, and get many of the things they want at Christmas. John Ferrier, Mill Manager.
