NOTICE TO MOTORISTS Have you recently received a letter from a Toronto firm promising sensational savings on gasoline pur- chases if you bought a certain "Dynovac"? A reader who received one of these letters and certificates made inquiries of the Better Business Bureau and the following is a summation of their findings:- "However, since no proof of claims has yet been provided, the National Bureau concludes that the reference in this advertising to a waste of 70% of the potential power in every gallon of gasoline is false and misleading. Despite the efforts of the National Better Business Bureau and of this Bureau, we have not seen adequate proof that this device will neutralize acids as has been claimed."
