A second meeting was cal- led at which a slate of officers will be pre- sented for the coming year. It appears there will be four teams entered this year, but the main problem is finding people will to work at executive duties. The big difficulty is that many people are willing to take advantage of the Fastball League but very few willing to work. This attitude has become more and more prevalent during recent years and extends to practically all activity groups. This could ultimately mean the death of Fastball or any other activity in Terrace. If you are interested in Fastball, be pre- pared to work as well as play. Team lists are being prepared this week, sq that those interested in playing should con- tact either Fern McLeod (Teen Town), Maurice Osmar (Osmars), Gord Calder (Moose Lodge) or Cliff Knauff, Jr., to be on the list. |INGOZ pe" MAY | TH. 8 PM-MOOSE HALL 20 GAMES 2 JACKPOTS - LAST GAME- wn REFRESHMENTS EVERYONE WELCOME ADM $100 EXTRA CARD... $5.00 each half proceeds 254
