Com- mander Comrade Frank Ginn who explained the aims and purposes of the Legion and what had to be done to reform a Terrace Bay Branch, Al Bishop was unanimously appointed Chairman of the steering committee to get the ball rolling. Al has had a lot of ex- perience as a Legion Welfare Officer before coming to Terrace Bay and pointed out. the benefits to be derived from the Legion, par- ticplarly since most eligible members have reached forty years of age or more.
