This weekly paper will then appear in a different format and will be printed in the town and not at the Kimberly-Clark Pulp and Paper Company mill. It will be published and printed as a private enterprise venture. The Pub- lisher and Editor will be Jim Beddard. Advertisements will be carried by the paper.
