Visiting with the Governor was Lt, Governor Norm Harrison from Port Arthur - Fort William, An interesting point in the meeting was the induction of a new member, Joe Sedge from the Hudson Bay Company. Mr. Sedge was induwted by, Past Lt. Governor Bert Laundy, Ltd. Governor Norm Harrison and Governor Jack Willis, It was pointed out that this made an unusual induction and that such a beginning should produce an outstanding member, . Mr. Willis gave a stirring and an outstanding address to the Kiwanis members concerning the aims and objects of Kiwanis and then stayed to audit the monthly dir- ectors meeting. President Des Evans-Smith was in charge of the meeting.
