- Description
- Here is the original "nerve centre" of the Longlac project where the first temporary buildings were located, including camps, warehouses, and offices. The large "U" bordering the area is the railroad spur line to the mill site. When this photograph was taken in August, 1946, less than 250 were engaged throughout the entire project.
