Description
An original, handwritten indenture between Samuel Street, Esquire and Samuel Street Jr. for lots seventeen and nineteen in Queenston. Street, along with his partner Thomas Clark, owned Niagara Falls Mills and was one of the largest money-lenders and financiers in Upper Canada.
