Description
A correct statement of Isaac Swayze's war losses, signed by Joseph Edwards Esq., a Justice of the Peace in Upper Canada, and Jas Mctharling. The statement, dated June 10, 1813, mostly discusses the particulars of his property and how it was occupied by the Americans. Isaac Swayze was a politician in Canada's first parliament in 1792 and the militia Captain of the Provincial Royal Artillery Drivers during the War of 1812.
