Description
This document is a receipt for 3 barrels of flour from David Mosers, perhaps a local farmer, to A Bradshaw, Commissary. Bradshaw was acquiring the flour for the use of the Commissary Department at 40-Mile Creek. This department was responsible for distributing food rations to each garrison within the area during the war.
