Was present at Lewiston, Lundy's Lane, the Cross Roads, Creek and all battles his father John Smoke fought at. A chief by right given though courtesy to a younger brother, but acted as a chief throughout the conflict. Was wounded through both thighs at the Battle of Brant's Ford, November 1814.
